SAN ANTONIO - The SFL officially Thursday launched it's updated website, complete with revised league logo, represented by a new league font and the addition of four new stars.

"Our old logo is one of a kind, and it's design is certainly not lost in our revised version," said Commissioner Cameron Irvine. "Our new logo is simply a reflection of change, something that is necessary when dealing with a league based around technology. It's a new era for the SFL and we're proud to represent the past with our future."

The updated league website includes new home page functionality, which provides sub storylines to the biggest topic of the day. Each day, the home page will provide a new topic and storyline, with full archieved news stories located to the right of the main headline of the day. Team pages have been slimmed down, with each team's unique stadium off into the background. Coming soon, team pages will have franchise records available.

Daktronics is coming on board next season. The league's "stats" page will have the current season's information - including team rosters, schedule, stats and player stats - all of which will be fully sortable in leaderboard form. Our archieves section will have all information on seasons 1-4 in html form. This portion of the website will be completed in this calendar year and will not initially be available.

Make sure to tune into the semifinal round of playoffs Sunday at 3 p.m. (#3 Orlando @ #2 Baltimore) and 6 p.m. (#4 Honolulu @ #1 Minneapolis) central and watch the SFL Championship Game (Sunday April 19th, 3 p.m.) and the SFL All-Star Game (Sunday April 26, 3 p.m.)
