BRUSCHI, AHANOTU 1ST POTW WINNERS

SAN MARCOS - Oklahoma City's Pete Bruschi and Dallas' A.J. Ahanotu were awarded the offensive and defensive POTW awards for their performances in week one.

Pete Bruschi contributed 260 yards and three scores on 32 carries last week in Oklahoma City's 40-17 victory over Grand Rapids.

Ahanotu didn't have a big game on the stat sheet but his two interceptions in the final four minutes of the game helped the Dallas Stars conquer the New York Knights 26-21 in the SFL regular season opener.
