LEGACY'S, BROCK'S WEEK 8 RECOGNIZED

SAN MARCOS - New York wide receiver Jake Legacy and Kailua linebacker Sebastian Brock were announced as Week 8 Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, Tuesday by the league.

Legacy had a career high and league records 259 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns on 14 receptions in New York's 49-27 blowout over Orlando. Brock was hurt in the second half against Oklahoma City but came back from injury to lead the Wyverns in tackles with 10 in Kailua's 22-17 upset over the Renegades.

It was Legacy's second honor of the season while Brock took home the award for the first time this year.
