SAN FRANCISCO - The Bulldogs were out-gained (340-241), were worse in the red zone and on 3rd downs but had just enough in the tank to upset the Kailua Wyverns 13-6 to remain in the playoff picture. San Francisco stopped Kailua on 4th down in the red zone in the final minute.

Ohno Matsumoto's interception streak of 10 quarters without a pick ended in the second half. He threw two. Rookie Lawrence Kirkland remains a strong Rookie of the Year candidate after another strong performance - 175 yards on 9 grabs.

Linebacker Zach Elpheage was tremendous, accounting for 9 tackles, 5 for a loss and 3 assisted. Jasper Hart threw for a touchdown and did not turn the ball over.
