OKLAHOMA CITY - David Wagstaff was released by the Renegades, Wednesday, after sustaining a season-ending injury. Wagstaff's contract was set to expire at the end of the Winter 2013 season.

In his place, OKC has signed former Kailua and Orlando tight end Ayanojyo Aburatsubo and will play him as a wide receiver, trying to fill the void of Wagstaff.

The deal was for 2 years, $4 million.
