ORLANDO - The jet lag that Kailua must suffer when traveling to Orlando. After the Wyverns suffered a 48-17 loss to Orlando last year and gave up a record-setting performance by Orlando quarterback Kevin Walker that still stands to this day, Kailua played even worse this year, dropping a 51-7 beat down.
Combined with a Dallas loss that came Tuesday, Orlando clinched the No. 1 seed and will host a first-round home playoff game for the first time in franchise history. Orlando was the No. 4 seed in last years playoffs, losing to New York in the semifinals 38-17.
Walker was nearly perfect, passing for 318 yards and two touchdowns on 28/34 completions. Zach Parker earned his first 3-TD game of his career on 31 carries for 167 yards. Lorenzo Allen got into the end zone twice (7 rec, 120 yds). For Kailua, Justin Saunders, in his first trip back to Orlando since signing with Kailua last fall, recorded a game-high 11 tackles, 5 assisted and 1 for loss.
