KAILUA - Despite the offensive struggles Kailua had at times this year, the Wyverns did just enough against the Bulldogs in their first win over San Francisco in franchise history, 16-13 in overtime.

Lawrence Kirkland's big catch in overtime got the Wyverns all the way down to the 1 and with 8:54 remaining in OT, Kailua booted a game-winning 18-yard field goal. Justin Saunders continued his impressive season with 10 more tackles.

San Francisco's Zach Elpheage recorded a league-record 17 tackles in defeat. 7 of those tackles were for loss. After the Bulldogs got within an extra point of going to last year's Championship Game, they'll be sitting on the sidelines for this year's playoffs. The Wyverns will make their first trip to the playoffs in team history.
