INTIMIDATORS WIN FIRST TITLE

NEW YORK CITY - Behind strong performances from Kevin Walker and the ever-underrated Intimidator defense, the Orlando Intimidators won their first SFL title - 42-24 over the Oklahoma City Renegades from Heritage Field in New York City.
Walker completed touchdowns to four different receivers - Lorenzo Allen, Nathan Chambers, Isaac Perez and Mackenzie Fryzel for 305 yards on 26/33 completions.
Zach Parker rushed for 148 yards and Orlando limited Pete Bruschi - who was crowned MVP of the regular season before the game - to 93 yards on 20 carries.
Steven Lambert led a balanced defensive attack with 5 tackles and 3 assisted tackles. In the loss, OKC's Ayanojyo Aburatsubo caught 4 balls for 166 yards and two touchdowns.
Orlando finished their first season 4-4, earning the No. 4 seed, falling to New York in the first round 38-17. They finished 6-2 this season and won their first title in New York. Oklahoma City lost in the Championship Game for the second consecutive year.
