DALLAS — Behind a furious pass rush and an electrifying Andrew Ball, Stars fans were energized and had more than hope of an upset over undefeated Baltimore. In the end, there was too much Elliott Snider and Mike Dazzo overcame three first half interceptions to throw four touchdowns in Baltimore's 41-24 victory, outscoring Dallas 41-10 in the final three quarters.
Snider isn't playing like a rookie and is the biggest reason why the Crabs are still unbeaten. Snider became the first running back to record back-to-back 200-yard rushing performances in league history and on Sunday he rushed for a third straight 200-yard game - 306 yards on 41 carries. Nick Quick had 7 receptions for 149 yards and 2 TD's while Demetrious Outdat had 160 yards on 6 grabs - also with two scores. Andrew Ball had 2 INT's for Dallas.
The big story was Johnny English once again. After over 100 yards in the first half, English failed to get carries in the second half. He finished averaging over 11 yards a carry - 130 yards on 11 carries for the game. In three games, English - who the Stars are paying $5 million this season alone - has a total of 36 carries. Dallas falls to a franchise worst 0-3 and has lost 2 home games, more than they lost in their first two seasons at Miller/Gold (7-1).
