ROLLERS MISTAKES HAUNT IN LOSS TO CRABS

BALTIMORE — The Crabs have been taking advantage of opponents mistakes all season and Sunday night in their regular season home finale was no different. Grand Rapids dropped 5 passes, committed 4 penalties and caoughed the ball up three times in a 31-6 victory for Baltimore, keeping the Crabs' perfect season alive.
The momentum turner came early in the fourth quarter, with Baltimore leading 17-6. The Rollers were about to get the ball back to try to cut the deficit to one score, but fumbled the punt return, giving the Crabs possession in scoring position. Mike Dazzo's touchdown to Nick T. Quick pushed the game out of reach, 24-6. Grand Rapids had 3 trips into the red zone and came away with just two field goals.
Dazzo had a craeer-best 104.0 quarterback rating (25/35, 216 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT). Elliott Snider's 60-yard touchdown on his first carry of the night helped him to 159 rushing yards on 27 carries, also recording 10 catches for 62 yards. Joe Dazzo had 14 tackles to go along with Henry Hittener's 10 to lead the defense. Grand Rapids (3-4) needs a win and a San Francisco loss to sure up the fourth playoff spot and a rematch with the Crabs.
