WIN $200 AT THE SFL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

SAN ANTONIO — The league is officially announcing today the first league money contest, allowing one lucky winner to claim $200 in cash. A sneak peak of the contests details were announced during Saturday's Baltimore/Oklahoma City broadcast. Full details are below.

SFL Championship 20.0 Contest (Win $200 watching the SFL Championship Game!) If the SFL gets a 20% increase in www.twitch.tv/simulationfl followers (from 67 to 80); one person will win $200 during the SFL Championship game
Contest: Guess the time when the 20th point will be scored.
(1) You get 1 guess if you will be tuning in to some of the SFL Championship game.
(2) You get additional guesses based on the number of *new football fans you get to follow www.twitch.tv/simulationfl (bonuses @ 3 and 6 per details below).
Get 1 person to follow channel - add 1 additional guess
Get 2 persons to follow channel - add 2 additional guesses
Get 3 persons to follow channel - add 5 additional guesses
Get 4 persons to follow channel - add 6 additional guesses
Get 5 persons to follow channel - add 7 additional guesses
Get 6 persons to follow channel - add 10 additional guesses (max)
Contest rules:
* Each new www.twitch.tv/simulationfl follower MUST be a person you know that is interested in football and pledges to check out part of the SFL Championship game!** Please be honest with yourself, the league and your Maker (not necessarily in that order).
- Do not submit an extra guess unless you have confirmed they have actually followed the channel.
- New www.twitch.tv/simulationfl channel followers can enter the contest. Encourage them to enter the contest and gain new channel followers as well!
- Submit your entries via the SFL league website forum (http://www.simulationfl.com/#!forum/c1xq9) or CAG SFL thread, creating a profile on the SFL Forum is free. Contest winner must be tuned in and logged into the Twitch.tv chatroom at the moment of prize award (when the 20th point is scored). We will take the next closest guess if not tuned in.
- Submit entries as follows: quarter and time remaining (13 minute quarters). An example: 2nd quarter, 3:15
- Deadline for entries is September 29th @ 3 PM central / 4PM eastern.

The Summer 2014 SFL Championship Game will begin with a pregame show at 5 p.m. CT, with breakdowns and analysis and introduction of the teams. At halftime, the league plans to announce the new ownership group to replace Grand Rapids, name the All SFL 1st and 2nd teams, the league MVP and announce any franchise identity changes, relocations, etc.
The SFL Playoffs begin Saturday with the No. 3 seed New York Knights battling the No. 2 seed Orlando Intimidators. Monday night at 6 p.m. CT, the No. 1 seed Baltimore Crabs will host the No. 4 seed San Francisco Bulldogs.
