WATTS NAMED MVP, ALL-STAR TEAMS ANNOUNCED

KAILUA — At halftime of the SFL Championship Game, the league announced player awards, including the first Most Valuable Defensive Player - San Francisco defensive end Randall Watts. Watts recorded 13 sacks in 5 games after getting picked up off waivers during the season.

The league's All-SFL 1st and 2nd teams were also announced. 20 stars will be divided on to 2 teams - Teal and Gray. The Summer 2014 All-Star Game kicks off Monday night at 6 p.m. CT. Thomas Paterniti will be producing both playbooks for the game as a favor to the league, after time constraints altered the format of the game. The team's will wear grey and teal concepts based off of the uniform submission from Honolulu owner Jaimie Walsh.
