LEAGUE OFF-SEASON SCHEDULE RELEASED

SAN ANTONIO — The Simulation Football League is proud to announce it's off-season calendar for the Fall 14 off-season.
The Summer 2014 All-Star Game kicks things off Monday Oct. 6 from Kailua, the final SFL game to be played in the old Landmark Coliseum.
Tuesday, Oct. 7 - Monday, Oct. 13: Owners meetings. Owners will discuss any possible rule changes braught to the table, regarding off or on the field rules. A 6-2 majority vote must be reached for a rule to be approved.
Tuesday, Oct. 14 - Monday, Oct. 20: Exclusive contracts period. Owners will be updated on the current status of their players and will make decisions moing forward on existing contracts.
Tuesday, Oct. 21 - Friday, Oct. 24: Fall 14 Rookie Draft. Each team currently has one rookie pick. One player can be selected per position. Trades for/giving away draft picks can begin Tuesday, Oct. 14, when transactions re-open. The draft order is as follows:
1. Cleveland / 2. Oklahoma City / 3. Minneapolis / 4. Honolulu / 5. San Francisco / 6. New York / 7. Orlando / 8. Baltimore
Saturday, Oct. 25 - Sunday Nov. 9: Fall 14 Free Agent period. Owners will submit contract offers via simulationfl@gmail.com, and owners/coaches/fans will be able to track the leaderboards of each player on www.simulationfl.com. Monday, Nov. 10 - Monday, Nov. 17: Commissioner Cameron Irvine on vacation (Las Vegas, Grand Canyon). League offices closed.
Tuesday, Nov. 18 - Wednesday, Nov. 26: The league will announce the Top 8 Most Anticipated Games of the season before releasing the Winter 15 Schedule on Wednesday, Nov. 26. Each team will play 8 games with 3 bye weeks on Saturdays-Mondays.
Thursday, Nov. 27: Thanksgiving, league office closed
Friday, Nov. 28 - Wednesday, Dec. 17: Training Camp. Owners and coaches will have this time to strategize for the upcoming season.
Thursday, Dec. 18 - Wednesday, Dec. 24: All playbooks and settings for member teams must be submitted to SFL league office.
Thursday, Dec. 25 - Thursday, Jan. 1: Christmas Day, New Years Day holiday week. League offices closed.
Saturday, Jan. 3 - Start of Winter 15 pre-season.
