EXCLUSIVE PERIOD BEGINS: GAUGE, AHANOTU HIT MARKET

SAN ANTONIO — On the first day of the SFL Exclusive Period, Baltimore's Eddie Gauage opted out of the second year of his contract to persue more money, entering free agency as an unrestricted free agent. Cleveland's A.J. Ahanotu cannot be franchise tagged or extended by the team and will also enter free agency, unrestricted.

Teams will begin to make exclusive contract decisions beginning Wednesday, Oct. 15.
