SAN ANTONIO - After a rough season in Oklahoma City, Jasper Hart will try to do what Wes St. Clair did after leaving the Renegades: become a champion. Hart spent two years as a Bulldog before Oklahoma City scooped him up at the end of free agency last year. He signed a 2-year, $4 million deal, Monday.

Minneapolis put out their likely final offer of this off-season to restriced free agent Koma Keleka, who they hope to get back after his best season in the league. Cleveland put in an offer for highly-valued Leeteuk Eunhyuk, in an attempt to put two stars on the defensive line and two at linebacker to field the first defense without a star in the secondary. It's hard to fault the Vipers for this move - Eunhyuk was one of the league's best players last year.

San Francisco's counter offer to Chris Taylor has failed as the Renegades still have the lead to re-sign their leading receiver from last year. Oklahoma City, meanwhile, continues to try wrapping up their free agency period by offering cornerback Cam Michael to return to the team.
