BALTIMORE - You can't write a script any better. After the Crabs lost their first regular season game in franchise history, the Honolulu Legends had an opportunity to hand the Crabs their second-straight loss with a game-winning touchdown drive. Kevin Walker's pass was intercepted by none other than Eddie Gauge, who missed last week's game with a calf injury. The Crabs held on to win 37-28.
Crab receiver Nick T. Quick won the matchup against rookie gold star cornerback Jun Fiyero. Quick led all receivers with 10 receptions for 190 yards and 2 scores on 14 targets. He came up big in the lutch, as did quarterback Mike Dazzo, who's 23/32 passing for 316 yards, 2 TD's and 0 INT's helped pace Baltimore all night.
Elliott Snider had 142 rushing yards, but Honolulu's Noel Kreiss kept pace with Snider all night, finishing with 122 yards - 71 of which came on the first offensive play of the game, a touchdown. Baltimore's Joe Lynn led all players with 11 tackles. Linebacker Henry Hittener defended 3 passes and had 9 tackles.
