SAN FRANCISCO - The San Francisco Bulldogs put on a defensive performance for the ages, intercepting Orlando quarterback Ohno Matsumoto five times in a 25-17 home-opener victory, helping San Francisco to a 2-1 start this season, despite a poor offseason.

Andrew Ball had three interceptions to lead the defense, while the offense was paced by David Badha, who finally broke free in the fourth quarter scoring his first touchdown as a Bulldog. Jasper Hart's quarterback rating was once again over 100, completing 19 of 23 passes.

For Orlando, their offensive struggles on the road continued. The team managed jus 257 total yards of offense, 1-for-9 on third down attempts. Matsumoto had a mere 82 passing yards and a quarterback rating of 10. Zach Parker once again was the lone bright spot (15 carries, 175 yards, 2 TD's) and now leads the league with 575 rushing yards in three games.
